Website privacy & analytics

Appointment requests, contact details and uploaded instrument photos are stored privately so Golden Guitars can review the request, reply and arrange your visit. Photos remain in the private appointment inbox. Requests do not enroll you in marketing. When private email alerts are configured, the shop can receive a notification about a request.

Photo comments are reviewed by the shop before publication. We store the name and comment you submit. Approved names and comments are visible to visitors. Keep private contact details out of comments. To help limit spam, the site keeps a temporary, scrambled identifier based on your network address; it does not store that address with your comment.

Golden Guitars uses Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, successful appointment requests and clicks on call, text and email links. Analytics may use cookies and similar technology to collect browser, device, referring-page, approximate-location and on-site activity information. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled for this Analytics tag.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on in supported browsers.

Golden Guitars uses the Meta Pixel to measure ad-driven visits, page views, successful appointment requests and contact-link clicks. Meta may use cookies and similar technology to collect browser, device, referring-page, approximate-location and on-site activity information.

You can review Meta ad preferences and manage cookies in your browser.

Contact-link measurement records the link type and page. These tracking tags do not send appointment-form values, call/text/email contents or customer contact details.
